GMOS spectrum
GMOS spectrum (black line) plotted with the laboratory spectrum of an ordinary chondrite (OC) meteoroid named ‘Fayetteville’. The close match between the spectra implies that the Datura family of asteroids is young since ‘space weathering’ has not had enough time to diminish the strength of the absorption feature.
